PAT MOSES THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSIONAL
The Reverend Patrick D. Moses (Pat), is a retired federal law enforcement officer with over three decades of experience in the field. Pat Moses knows what it takes to keep our communities safe. He served as the Assistant Director for Field Operations of the Federal Protective Service, the arm of the United States Department of Homeland Security that provides law enforcement, protective investigation and intelligence and security for federal facilities across 23 states. Prior to that appointment, he served as the Regional Director in the National Capital Region (Washington, D.C.). He is a 2016 recipient of the Secretary of Homeland Security’s Meritorious Service Silver Medal for Operation Blue Surge, in addition to many other professional distinctions and awards for his service to national security and law enforcement. Pat is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, and he also holds the Texas Certified Public Manager distinction from Texas State University.
PAT MOSES THE COMMUNITY SERVANT
Pat has been an active pillar of the Fort Worth community for many years, serving as president of the North Texas Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration; Member of the Board of Directors of the Lena Pope Home for Children and the United Community Centers, Inc.; and as the President of the Board of Directors of the Tarrant Area Food Bank, Fort Worth, Texas. He is currently serving as the President of the Dover Heights Homeowners Association. Additionally, Pat serves as a member of the Mansfield Planning & Zoning Commission. He served as the Chair of the Dallas Fort Worth Federal Executive Board and previously served as the Chair of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex Combined Federal Campaign Local Federal Coordinating Committee, which raised $3.5 million that impacted deserving constituents through various non-profit charities. For his commitment to eradicating poverty through the Combined Federal Campaign, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management awarded him with the Innovator Award.

Pat Moses has a Bachelor of Arts in political science (cum laude) and a Master of Public Administration from Southern University and A&M College and a Master of Divinity School from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University. He is completing his Doctor of Ministry degree at Brite Divinity School. He is prepared to effectively serve Tarrant County on day one.

Pat Moses put his life on the line for our country when he entered into military service from Southern University's Army ROTC as a commissioned US Army Reserve officer, and served honorably in multiple posts until he left at the end of his service tour to start his civilian professional life.
PAT MOSES THE FAMILY MAN AND PASTOR
As the Pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Pat has devoted his life to serving his congregation with love and compassion in a way that fully expresses his faith and commitment to serve the greater good. Pastor Moses and his wife, Ronda E. Moses, LBSW, MSW, LNFA, Director of Social Services at Healthcare Resort of Plano, are parents to two wonderful children and two beautiful grandchildren.
